Ingredientes

  • 3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked, liquid removed and mashed (about 3 lg. potatoes)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 stick butter melted
  • 1/2 c. nuts, minced
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour

Direcciones

  1. Mix all above together, pour into casserole and set aside.
  2. Fold in order given. Carefully spoon and spread this topping on the top of the potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
