Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 8 ounce Commercial lowfat sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 4 c. Fresh mulberries
  • 1 x Unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Fine dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine melted

Direcciones

  1. Preparation Time: 0:10Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well. Place mulberries in unbaked pastry shell; sprinkle 1 Tbsp. sugar over berries. Spread lowfat sour cream mix over berries. Combine breadcrumbs, 1 Tbsp. sugar, and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 min or possibly till center of pie is hard.
  2. Yield: one 9-inch pie.
