Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Cracked wheat
  • 1 1/4 c. Buttermilk Or possibly 5 Tb of dry
  •     Buttermilk pwdr and 1 1/4
  •     C water
  • 1 1/2 c. Bread flour(Plus 2 tb flour)
  • 1 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Gluten
  • 2 Tbsp. Wheat germ
  • 1/4 c. Cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 3 tsp Red Star active dry yeast *
  • 1/4 c. Cracked wheat
  • 7/8 c. Buttermilk Or possibly 3 Tbsp.
  •     Dry buttermilk pwdr and
  • 7/8 c. water
  • 1 c. Bread flour(plus 1 tb flour)
  • 1 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp Gluten
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Wheat germ
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornmeal
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tsp Red star brand dry yeast
  •     (FOR ALL MACHINES)

Direcciones

  1. NOTE: for larger loaf - 3 tsp. of dry yeast for all machines except 1 1/2 lb. Panasonic/ National machines (use 4 1/2 tsp. yeast)
  2. Have all ingredients at room temperature, or possibly hot liquid in microwave for 40 - 60 seconds on high.
  3. Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start.
  4. After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack and allow to cold 1 hour before slicing.
