Receta Multigrain Buttermilk Bread Machine

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Cracked wheat
- 1Â 1/4 c. Buttermilk Or possibly 5 Tb of dry
- Â Â Buttermilk pwdr and 1 1/4
- Â Â C water
- 1Â 1/2 c. Bread flour(Plus 2 tb flour)
- 1Â 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
- 3 Tbsp. Gluten
- 2 Tbsp. Wheat germ
- 1/4 c. Cornmeal
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 3 tsp Red Star active dry yeast *
- 1/4 c. Cracked wheat
- 7/8 c. Buttermilk Or possibly 3 Tbsp.
- Â Â Dry buttermilk pwdr and
- 7/8 c. water
- 1 c. Bread flour(plus 1 tb flour)
- 1 c. Whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp Gluten
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Wheat germ
- 3 Tbsp. Cornmeal
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Red star brand dry yeast
- Â Â (FOR ALL MACHINES)

- * NOTE: for larger loaf - 3 tsp. of dry yeast for all machines except 1 1/2 lb. Panasonic/ National machines (use 4 1/2 tsp. yeast)
- Have all ingredients at room temperature, or possibly hot liquid in microwave for 40 - 60 seconds on high.
- Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start.
- After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack and allow to cold 1 hour before slicing.
