Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 med portobello mushroom
  • 1 x plain focaccia or possibly
  •     pizza crust
  • 6 x anchovy strips
  • 1/4 tsp fresh shredded mozzarella
  •     Or possibly provolone cheese

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in medium skillet. Cut mushroom into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Saute/fry in warm oil till lightly browned, about 5 min. Place on focaccia. Arrange anchovy strips on top. Sprinkle with rosemary. Sprinkle on cheese. Place on baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 400F till cheese melts and bread is warm, 6 to 10 min.
  3. Serve warm.
