Receta Mushroom, Anchovy And Rosemary Focaccia

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 med portobello mushroom
- 1 x plain focaccia or possibly
- Â Â pizza crust
- 6 x anchovy strips
- 1/4 tsp fresh shredded mozzarella
- Â Â Or possibly provolone cheese
Direcciones
- Heat oil in medium skillet. Cut mushroom into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Saute/fry in warm oil till lightly browned, about 5 min. Place on focaccia. Arrange anchovy strips on top. Sprinkle with rosemary. Sprinkle on cheese. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 400F till cheese melts and bread is warm, 6 to 10 min.
- Serve warm.
