Ingredientes

  • 100 gm Baby potatoes
  • 50 gm Mushrooms
  • 1 x Cucumber, (100 g)
  • 100 gm Black-eyed pea sprouts
  • 3 x Lettuce leaves, shredded coarsely
  •     (3 to 4)
  • 5 x Cashewnuts, (5 to 6)
  • 2 Tbsp. Coriander chutney, (30 g)
  •     Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. BOIL potatoes until tender. Peel and cut into thin strips. Slice mushrooms.
  2. Cut cucumber into bite-sized pcs.
  3. Combine sprouts, mushrooms, cucumber, potatoes and shredded lettuce.
  4. Arrange the salad mix in a salad dish. Spoon the coriander chutney over. Decorate with cashewnuts.
  5. NOTES : (A mixed salad garnished with coriander chutney and cashewnuts)
