Mushroom Baked Fillet Of Fish

Ingredientes

  • 2 med Onions
  • 1 c. Sliced mushrooms or possibly buttons
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 1/2 lb Fish fillets (sole, flounder, cod, haddock)
  • 1 dsh Salt & pepper
  • 1/4 c. Dry white wine

Direcciones

  1. Cut onions into rings, saute/fry in 3 Tbsp. butter with mushrooms till soft. Place fish in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread sauteed mix over fish, pour on wine. Dot with 1 Tbsp. butter. Bake uncovered for 20 min or possibly till fish flakes with fork. Serve with rest of white wine.
