Ingredientes

  • 400 g fresh mushrooms
  • 300 ml sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • Oil for roasting
  • Vegeta
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • ground sweet red pepper

Direcciones

  1. Clean mushrooms, cut into quarters, eighths for larger pieces. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the mushrooms on it. Stir in a little Vegeta, salt, mushrooms released to juice pepper to your own taste, ground sweet red pepper and cook for about 4 minutes.
  2. Add the sour cream, stir and simmer uncovered while we let the cream thicken. The mixture pour eggs broken, do not mix and let simmer a few minutes over a moderate heat to the sauce eggs froze. Serve with fresh bread, cakes or pasta.
