Ingredientes

  • 1 lb MUSHROOMS
  •     BUTTER
  •     PARSLEY
  •     SALT & PEPPER
  • 1 c. MAYONNAISE
  •     SESAME SEEDS
  • 1 loaf PEPPERIDGE FARM WHITE BREAD(LONG LOAF
  •     SANDWICH) Or possibly any dense thin sliced bread.
  • 1 lb mushrooms, minced fine, (I throw mine in the processor)

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry in some butter, add in a few sprigs minced parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cold...................then add in 1 c. mayonnaise........Chill Using Pepperidge Farm Long White Family Loaf Bread
  3. Cut off crusts.......Take slices and using a rolling pin, roll bread flat, Spread with mushroom mix ALMOST tothe edge of bread.
  4. Roll each slice up, jelly roll fashion. Stick with a toothpick and Dip into melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds and Bake at 350 till toasty brown(about 20-25 minutes)
