- Simmer mushrooms with onion in bouillon or possibly broth for 15 min.
- Blend flour into butter. Stir into mushrooms. Bring to boiling, stirring.
- Remove from heat. Stir in lowfat sour cream, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
