Mushroom Sauce (Sos Grazybowy)

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 lrg Onion, minced
  • 1 c. Chicken, Beef broth or possibly bouillon
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 x salt & pepper

Direcciones

  1. Simmer mushrooms with onion in bouillon or possibly broth for 15 min.
  2. Blend flour into butter. Stir into mushrooms. Bring to boiling, stirring.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in lowfat sour cream, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Makes 3 c. Origin: Poland
