Receta Mushroom Sauce (Sos Grazybowy)

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 1 c. Chicken, Beef broth or possibly bouillon
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Melted butter
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 x salt & pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Simmer mushrooms with onion in bouillon or possibly broth for 15 min.
- 2. Blend flour into butter. Stir into mushrooms. Bring to boiling, stirring.
- 3. Remove from heat. Stir in lowfat sour cream, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
- Makes 3 c. Origin: Poland
