Ingredientes

  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, washed and dry
  • butter
  • 2 Packages frzn spinach, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1 c. freshly grated Cheddar cheese
  • garlic salt

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry mushroom stems and caps in butter till brown, browning cap side of mushrooms first.
  2. Line a 10 inch casserole with spinach that has been seasoned with salt, onion and butter. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. grated cheese.
  3. Arrange sauteed mushrooms over the spinach. Season with garlic salt. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 min at 350 degrees or possibly till cheese is melted and browned.
  4. This casserole may be prepared and refrigerated till it is to be baked.
  5. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
