Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 med onion, sliced
  • 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Minced fresh rosemary or possibly
  • 1/4 tsp Dry rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Dry thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 can Condensed French Onion Soup
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 1/4 c. Dry white wine or possibly dry sherry
  •     Minced fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. In 6-qt Dutch oven over medium heat, in warm oil, cook onion, garlic, rosemary and thyme till onion is tender. Increase heat to medium-high. Add in mushrooms. Cook till mushrooms begin to brown. Add in soup and lime juice.
  2. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cook till mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally. Add in wine. Cook 3 min. Sprinkle with parsley.
  3. Garnish with fresh rosemary and lime slice, if you like. Serve with meat, rice or possibly noodles.
