Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. mussels
  • 1/4 c. minced shallots or possibly green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c. dry white wine
  • Healthy pinch of paprika
  • Minced fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Cook shallots and garlic in oil over medium heat, till shallots are tender. Stir in wine and paprika. Heat to boiling. Add in mussels. Cover and boil 3 to 5 min or possibly till mussels open.
