Receta Mussels In White Wine Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. mussels
- 1/4 c. minced shallots or possibly green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. dry white wine
- Healthy pinch of paprika
- Minced fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Cook shallots and garlic in oil over medium heat, till shallots are tender. Stir in wine and paprika. Heat to boiling. Add in mussels. Cover and boil 3 to 5 min or possibly till mussels open.
