Receta mustard seeds and pork belly buns
Ingredientes
- 1 cup yellow mustard seeds
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- Combine in a saucepan, simmer gently for 45 minutes until the seeds plump up. Pour into a clean jar and refrigerate.
- Mustard Sauce

- This was amazing smeared all over the pork buns, but it would be equally great on hot dogs or ham sandwiches.
- 6 Tbsp pickled mustard seeds
- 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp Chinese hot mustard
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp sliced scallions
