Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Vegetable Broth
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tsp red-wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 x garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs, (tarragon,
  •     basil or possibly thyme), or possibly 1 tsp. dry
  • 1 pch salt
  •     Freshly grnd black pepper, to taste

  1. Makes 8 servings
  2. This delicious classic makes store-bought versions pale by comparison, with quite a bit less fat. It will keep in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
  3. In a small jar with a tight-fitting lid or possibly in a small bowl, combine the broth, oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper; cover and shake well, or possibly whisk till smooth. Pour into a serving container; chill, covered, till needed. Shake well before using.
  4. SERVING PROVIDES: 1 Fat.
