Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Vegetable Broth
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tsp red-wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 x garlic clove, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs, (tarragon,
- Â Â basil or possibly thyme), or possibly 1 tsp. dry
- 1 pch salt
- Â Â Freshly grnd black pepper, to taste

- Makes 8 servings
- This delicious classic makes store-bought versions pale by comparison, with quite a bit less fat. It will keep in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
- In a small jar with a tight-fitting lid or possibly in a small bowl, combine the broth, oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper; cover and shake well, or possibly whisk till smooth. Pour into a serving container; chill, covered, till needed. Shake well before using.
