Receta Mustardy Glazed Carrots

- Serves 4. VEGAN
- Place carrots, wine or possibly water and juice concentrate in covered saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, till liquid evaporates and carrots are tender, about 15 min.
- Transfer carrots to side plate. Add in mustard and brown sugar to warm pan. Cook for 1 minute, then toss with carrots.
- Serves 4.
