Ingredientes

  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 1 c. white wine or possibly water
  • 2 Tbsp. thawed apple-juice concentrate
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Serves 4. VEGAN
  2. Place carrots, wine or possibly water and juice concentrate in covered saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, till liquid evaporates and carrots are tender, about 15 min.
  3. Transfer carrots to side plate. Add in mustard and brown sugar to warm pan. Cook for 1 minute, then toss with carrots.
  4. Serves 4.
