Ingredientes

  • 1 doz. hard boiled large eggs
  • 2 T mustard
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 T dill pickle juice
  • 1-2 T lowfat milk
  • Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Cut large eggs in half, put yolk sections in a bowl. Smash with fork till minced up like bread crumbs, add in mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pickle juice and 1 tsp lowfat milk; mix together and season with extra juice, salt and mustard to taste if necessary. Put mix back into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika. Makes 2 dozen.
