Smash with fork till minced up like bread crumbs, add in mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pickle juice and 1 tsp lowfat milk; mix together and season with extra juice, salt and mustard to taste if necessary. Put mix back into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika. Makes 2 dozen.
