Ingredientes

  • 1 (1 pound) box macaroni
  • 1/2 pound mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (12 ounce) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 can lowfat milk
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Shred Cheddar cheese. Boil macaroni till tender in large pot. In large casserole dish take some butter and grease casserole dish, then put a layer of cooked macaroni and a layer of the 2 different cheeses. Pour large eggs and can of lowfat milk mix over macaroni and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1/2 hour.
