.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWith%20a%20big%20bowl%20of%20(microwaved%20frozen)%20peaches%20topped%20with%201%20tsp%20brown%20sugar,%201/3%20cup%20KIND%20Maple%20Walnut%20Clusters%20with%20Chia%20&%20Quinoa,%20and%20a%20splash%20of%20skim%20milk.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYesterday%E2%80%99s%20gross%20protein%20smoothie%20may%20not%20have%20tasted%20like%20peach%20cobbler,%20but%20this%20sure%20did.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20a%20good%20day%20at%20the%20hospital.%20%20I%E2%80%99m%20still%20mostly%20observing%20but%20I%20got%20to%20discuss%20some%20pretty%20interesting%20patients.%20%20My%20cases%20today%20included%20eating%20disorders,%20ketogenic%20diets%20for%20seizure%20disorders,%20and%20failure%20to%20thrive.%20%20So%20far%20this%20experience%20has%20really%20cemented%20my%20desire%20to%20go%20into%20clinical%20practice%20when%20I%20graduate.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20did%20get%20up%20early%20to%20journal,%20and%20then%20I%20worked%20through%20lunch,%20but%20I%E2%80%99ve%20finally%20taken%20a%20chunk%20out%20of%20that%20project.%20%20There%20is%20%20still%20a%20lot%20to%20do%20tomorrow%20but%20tonight%20I%20managed%20to%20just%20have%20down%20time.%20%20And%20I%20did%20get%20to%20eat%20lunch%20while%20I%20worked.%20%20A%20big%20Pink%20Lady.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESome%20Skinny%20Cow%20peanut%20butter%20chocolates.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20I%20packed%20us%20both%20tuna%20salad%20sandwiches.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20split%20a%20can%20of%20tuna%20with%20Miracle%20Whip,%20pickle%20relish,%20and%20tons%20of%20red%20onion.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20then%20I%20had%20to%20chew%20gum%20to%20deal%20with%20my%20horrendous%20tuna/onion%20breath.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWorth%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfternoon%20snacks%20included%203%20oz%20of%20trail%20mix%20eaten%20in%20the%20car.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20a%20strawberry%20milk%20tea%20with%20popping%20and%20tapioca%20boba%20from%20Gin%20Gin.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99ve%20been%20raving%20about%20the%20double%20bubbles%20at%20Gin%20Gin%20for%20months%20and%20today%20I%20finally%20got%20to%20take%20a%20similarly%20obsessed%20friend%20to%20experience%20the%20wonder.%20%20I%E2%80%99ll%20have%20you%20all%20know%20that%20she%20too%20dug%20through%20her%20ice%20to%20snag%20all%20the%20boba!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs%20you%20know,%20I%20don%E2%80%99t%20have%20any%20pictures%20of%20dinner.%20%20%7Bgrrrrrr%7D%20%20Thankfully%20the%20meal%20didn%E2%80%99t%20photograph%20all%20that%20beautifully%20anyway.%20%20We%20saut%C3%A9ed%20linguine,%20evoo,%20a%20bag%20of%20frozen%20veggies%20(green%20beans,%20broccoli,%20onions,%20mushroom,%20and%20red%20pepper),%202%20eggs,%20and%20peanut%20sauce%20until%20crispy%20and%20delicious.%20%20We%20each%20had%20a%20large%20bowl%20and%20loved%20every%20bite.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20new%20fun%20thing%20is%20to%20be%20starving%20an%20hour%20after%20dinner%20each%20day.%20%20I%E2%80%99m%20not%20going%20to%20fight%20it,%20but%20I%20am%20trying%20to%20stick%20to%20mostly%20healthy(ish)%20snacks%20to%20deal%20with%20my%20hunger.%20%20Today%E2%80%99s%204th%20meal%20was%20a%20yogurt%20bowl.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFage%202%25%20Plain%20Greek%20yogurt%20topped%20honey%20and%20a%20half%20serving%20of%20granola.%20%20A%20little%20more%20sugary%20than%20I%E2%80%99m%20hoping%20for%20every%20day,%20but%20the%20bowl%20was%20luscious%20and%20it%20did%20fill%20me%20up.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAre%20you%20a%20kefir%20fan?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
