Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 sqr unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. cool, double-strength coffee

Direcciones

  1. Mix and sift first 4 ingredients. Heat chocolate together in double boiler; add in to first mix, blend well. Combine lowfat milk and vanilla; add in and mix well.
  2. Pour into greased pan. Combine brown sugar, 1/2 c. sugar and cocoa in small bowl. Sprinkle over batter. Pour coffee over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 min. Serve hot or possibly cool with whipped cream.
