Ingredientes

  • 1 kg cooked white rice (or possibly Basmati rice)
  • 10 gm kaffir lime leaves (daun limau purut)
  • 2 x onions
  • 5 x shallots
  • 3 stalk lemon grass
  • 2 stalk wild ginger flower (bunga kantan)
  • 10 gm bird's eye chilli (cili padi)
  • 20 gm long beans
  • 5 gm daun selom
  • 5 gm four-angle bean (kacang botol)
  • 3 x Large eggs - beaten
  • 4 Tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 x salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Method:HEAT oil in a pan and fry the Large eggs to make an omelette. When the Large eggs set, scramble it in the pan and dish up.
  2. With remaining oil in the pan, fry the sliced ingredients. Add in white rice and fry proportionately for about 15 min.
  3. Toss in the cooked Large eggs. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
