Receta Nasi Goreng Kerabu

Ingredientes
- 1 kg cooked white rice (or possibly Basmati rice)
- 10 gm kaffir lime leaves (daun limau purut)
- 2 x onions
- 5 x shallots
- 3 stalk lemon grass
- 2 stalk wild ginger flower (bunga kantan)
- 10 gm bird's eye chilli (cili padi)
- 20 gm long beans
- 5 gm daun selom
- 5 gm four-angle bean (kacang botol)
- 3 x Large eggs - beaten
- 4 Tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Method:HEAT oil in a pan and fry the Large eggs to make an omelette. When the Large eggs set, scramble it in the pan and dish up.
- With remaining oil in the pan, fry the sliced ingredients. Add in white rice and fry proportionately for about 15 min.
- Toss in the cooked Large eggs. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
