- Boil water with salt.
- Put-in the pork and boil until tender. Remove the scum on top of the liquid so you can use the liquid for soup.
- Remove liempo from fire and let it cool.
- Heat cooking oil which can submerge the whole liempo.
- When hot (350 deg F), put liempo & cook for 12 minutes until the skin is crisp.
- Remove from the oil and drain.
- Enjoy!
