Never Fail Boiling Water Pie Crust

Ingredientes

  • 1 sm. can Crisco
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 5 1/2 c. flour

Direcciones

  1. Soften Crisco, cut in small pcs. Pour boiling water over salt and Crisco. Stir till smooth. Add in flour and baking pwdr all at once. Stir just sufficient to mix. Cool. Make into balls, sufficient for 1 crust and wrap in wax paper. I store mine in the freezer. Take each ball wrapped in wax paper and put all in a large freezer bag. Take out as needed.
