Never Fail Chocolate Frosting

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 sqr Chocolate
  • 1 dsh Salt
  •     Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced

Direcciones

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil and continue to cook for 3 min. Keep stirring to prevent sticking.
  3. Remove from heat and cold slightly.
  4. Add in sufficient powdered sugar (about 1 c.) to make spreadable consistency.
  5. Fold in vanilla and nuts.
  6. This will frost an 8 inch square or possibly 12 cupcakes.
