New England Lobster Roll

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon style mustard
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp warm pepper sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 x lobster tails cooked, shelled meat coarsely minced (2 c.)
  • 4 x soft frankfurter rolls

Direcciones

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, oil, tarragon, pepper sauce, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Fold in lobster, cover with plastic wrap; chill for at least 1 hour. Gently open each roll; lightly toast. Fill each with lobster mix and enjoy!
