Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Dijon style mustard
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp tarragon
- 1/4 tsp warm pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 x lobster tails cooked, shelled meat coarsely minced (2 c.)
- 4 x soft frankfurter rolls
Direcciones
- Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, oil, tarragon, pepper sauce, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Fold in lobster, cover with plastic wrap; chill for at least 1 hour. Gently open each roll; lightly toast. Fill each with lobster mix and enjoy!
