New Mexican Breakfast Corn Casserole

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Jimmy dean sausage
  • 2 lb Frzn corn
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 1 pkt Cornbread mix
  • 2 can Creamed corn
  • 3 ounce Frzn green chiles
  •     Pepper
  •     Garlic pwdr
  • 2/3 lb Longhorn cheddar cheese, about
  •     Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Fry the sausage. Pour off the grease and spread it on the bottom of a large casserole dish. Sprinkle one lb. of frzn corn kernels over the sausage. Mix everything else (reserving some grated cheese for the topping) and add in lowfat milk till it will pour easily. Pour over the top of the corn and sausage. Sprinkle with more cheese and bake at 350 till barely set.
