Ingredientes

  • 12 ounce Pasta La Bella Cracked Black
  •     Pepper Fettuccine - (1 pkg)
  • 1 1/2 c. Green olives with pimento minced rough
  • 1 c. Sliced and cut into 1" strips salami
  • 1 c. Sliced and cut into 1" strips provolone
  • 3 x Celery stalks minced fine
  • 3 Tbsp. Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 c. Italian vinaigrette
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Prepare the pasta according to package directions. Refrigeratethe pasta in a colander under cool running water. Drain well and place in a large mixing bowl. Toss all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately or possibly chill.
  2. This recipe yields 4 main course or possibly 8 side dish servings.
