Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Dry red beans
  • 7 c. Water
  • 1 x Green bell pepper, minced
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 3 x Celery stalks, minced
  • 3 x Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 lb Andouille sausage, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
  •     Warm cooked rice
  •     Garnish: sliced green onions

Direcciones

  1. Place first 8 ingredients in a 4 qt slow cooker. Cook, covered at high 7 hrs or possibly till beans are tender. Serve with warm cooked rice. Garnish, if you like.
  2. Yield 3 1/2 qts.
