- 7 c. Water
- 1 x Green bell pepper, minced
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 3 x Celery stalks, minced
- 3 x Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 lb Andouille sausage, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
- Â Â Warm cooked rice
- Â Â Garnish: sliced green onions
Direcciones
- Place first 8 ingredients in a 4 qt slow cooker. Cook, covered at high 7 hrs or possibly till beans are tender. Serve with warm cooked rice. Garnish, if you like.
