It also travels well.It was inspired by the one at Bake at Midnite. At first glance, I turned my nose up when I saw the list of ingredients. Instant vanilla pudding, frozen non-dairy whipped topping, and graham crackers? Oh my, what’s a scratch baker to do? When I thought about the end result I got over that snobbery real I’d been holding on to a box of chocolate graham crackers for a while, so I used them instead of the regular ones.
