Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 c. Graham-cracker or possibly vanilla-wafer
  •     crumbs divided
  • 1/2 c. Butter - (1 stick) melted
  • 1 pkt Lemon flavor gelatin - (4-serv-size)
  • 3/4 c. Boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 pkt Cream cheese - (8 ounce) softened
  • 1 pkt Cream cheese - (3 ounce) softened
  • 1 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 12 ounce Evaporated lowfat milk - (to 15 ounce) chilled

Direcciones

  1. Mix 2 c. graham cracker crumbs with butter. Press into bottom of a 9- by 13-inch pan. Set aside.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add in lemon juice. Let cold.
  3. Beat both pkgs. of cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Blend in the cooled gelatin mix. Whip evaporated lowfat milk till fluffy; fold into cream-cheese mix.
  4. Pour mix over crust. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 c. crumbs on top. Chill till hard.
  5. Yield: 24 servings.
