- 1 x 9 " Graham cracker crumb cru
- 1/3 c. Concentrated lemon juice
- 8 ounce Softened cream cheese
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 14 ounce Sweetened Condensed Lowfat milk
- 1 x (Not Evaporated Lowfat milk)
- 1 can Cherry pie filling

- In large mixer bowl,beat cheese till fluffy.Beat in Condensed Lowfat milk till smooth.Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.Pour into crust.Refrigerate3 hrs or possibly till set.Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving.Chill leftovers.
