No Boil Stuffed Pasta

Ingredientes

  • 1 box stuffing shells or possibly manicotti
  • 16 ounce Ricotta cheese
  • 8 ounce Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Seasoned bread crumbs, optional

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix: Cheese and spices and Large eggs together thoroughly. If mix is too runny, you may add in bread crumbs.
  2. Spoon: Cheese mix into unboiled shells. Place shells (with open side up) in a 13x9x2 inch pan. After you have a full pan, you could put fresh sliced mushrooms on top of shells.
  3. Cover: With your favorite tomato-spaghetti sauce to completely cover shells.
  4. Add in: 1 c. water.
  5. Cover: With foil and bake for 1 hour on till shells are tender.
