Receta No Boil Stuffed Pasta

Ingredientes
- 1 box stuffing shells or possibly manicotti
- 16 ounce Ricotta cheese
- 8 ounce Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Seasoned bread crumbs, optional
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix: Cheese and spices and Large eggs together thoroughly. If mix is too runny, you may add in bread crumbs.
- Spoon: Cheese mix into unboiled shells. Place shells (with open side up) in a 13x9x2 inch pan. After you have a full pan, you could put fresh sliced mushrooms on top of shells.
- Cover: With your favorite tomato-spaghetti sauce to completely cover shells.
- Add in: 1 c. water.
- Cover: With foil and bake for 1 hour on till shells are tender.
