No Crust Sweet Potatoe Pie

Ingredientes

  • 4 x Sweet potatoes
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine softene
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 tsp To 1 tsp almond extract
  •     Whipped cream

Direcciones

  1. Medium size\peeled\cooked\mashed Combine all the ingredients except whipped cream in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of electric mixer till well blended. Spoon mix into a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Bake at 450^ for 25 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  3. Serve hot or possibly cold with a dollop of whipped cream.
  4. YIELD: One 9-inch pie.
