- 4 x Sweet potatoes
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine softene
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 tsp To 1 tsp almond extract
- Â Â Whipped cream

- * Medium size\peeled\cooked\mashed Combine all the ingredients except whipped cream in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of electric mixer till well blended. Spoon mix into a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake at 450^ for 25 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- Serve hot or possibly cold with a dollop of whipped cream.
- YIELD: One 9-inch pie.
