No Fail Pizza Dough

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. hot water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 T oil
  • 1 pkg. active yeast
  • 1 T sugar
  • 3 c. flour

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle yeast on water; let stand 5 min. Add in everything except 1/2 cup flour and beat till smooth. Stir in sufficient flour to make dough barely hard sufficient to handle.Knead till smooth. Let rise at least 15 min to 1 hour. Knead and roll to fit jelly roll pan or possibly 2 round pizza pans that have been oiled. Pull and stretch to fit. Top as desired. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 min.
