No Sugar Pineapple Zucchini Bread

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. shredded zucchini
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, sugarless
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 T Sweet 'n Low (do not use Equal)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts (opt.)
  • 2 c. flour

Direcciones

  1. Fold in this order, put in 9"x5" greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 min. Cool 10 min before removing from pan.
