Receta No Sugar Pineapple Zucchini Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. shredded zucchini
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, sugarless
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 T Sweet 'n Low (do not use Equal)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. minced nuts (opt.)
- 2 c. flour
Direcciones
- Fold in this order, put in 9"x5" greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 min. Cool 10 min before removing from pan.
