Ingredientes

  • 2 pkt nonfat cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 pkt gelatin (Knox)
  • 10 pkt Equal sweetener
  •     or possibly 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 c. water
  •     Fruit Filling or possibly Cheesecake topping (see

  1. I assure you it is a great item for company, especially if you add in the fruit topping. [Patty]
  2. Boil 1/4 c. water in a pan, or possibly in a glass measuring c. in the microwave.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin on water. Wait 2 min, then stir to dissolve. Add in 3/4cup of water to make a full c. of water/gelatin.
  4. In a blender, or possibly in a bowl with an electric mixer, combine the water/gelatin,the cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice and sweetener. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Spray an 8" or possibly 9" pie pan. Pour mix in pan. Allow to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hrs before serving.
  6. Serves 8.
  7. Top with fruit topping.
