Receta Nofat Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- 2 pkt nonfat cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 pkt gelatin (Knox)
- 10 pkt Equal sweetener
- Â Â or possibly 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 c. water

- I assure you it is a great item for company, especially if you add in the fruit topping. [Patty]
- Boil 1/4 c. water in a pan, or possibly in a glass measuring c. in the microwave.
- Sprinkle gelatin on water. Wait 2 min, then stir to dissolve. Add in 3/4cup of water to make a full c. of water/gelatin.
- In a blender, or possibly in a bowl with an electric mixer, combine the water/gelatin,the cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice and sweetener. Mix thoroughly.
- Spray an 8" or possibly 9" pie pan. Pour mix in pan. Allow to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hrs before serving.
- Serves 8.
- Top with fruit topping.
