Ingredientes

  • 6 c. Vinegar
  • 9 c. Sugar
  • 3 c. Water
  • 3 tsp Celery seed
  • 3 tsp Cloves
  • 2 tsp Ginger
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  •     Peaches or possibly pears

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients, except peaches, and heat to boiling. Peel fruit and leave whole or possibly cut as desired. Pour boiling mix over fruit and let stand overnight. Pack in sterile jars and seal while warm.
  2. NOTE: Get a book on canning if unsure about sealing or possibly processing.
