Ingredientes

  • 3 lb pork butt, shoulder or possibly blade roast - ( to 4 lbs)
  • 1 can whole tomatoes - (15 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 med onion sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in crock. Cover and cook on: = 1 (Low) for 10 hrs.
  2. = Auto Shift 7 hrs.
  3. = 2 (High) 5 hrs.
  4. Pork is done when it falls apart if lifted with a fork. Remove meat and throw away bone. Dice or possibly shred meat with a fork. Serve with sauce meat was cooked in or possibly other barbecue sauce. Serve on buns with coleslaw.
  5. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
  6. NOTES :This recipe can be cooked in either a 4-qt or possibly 6-qt slowcooker. If the ingredient listed gives a range, (3 to 4 pounds) choose the smaller quantity when using a 4-qt model.
